1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of siteflip.co ("Platform") and all services offered by siteflip.co ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Platform. 2. Marketplace Rules
You may list digital assets on the Platform, including but not limited to: - Websites and web applications - Mobile applications - Social media accounts (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) - Email lists and newsletters - E-commerce stores - SaaS platforms - Domain names - Other digital properties Prohibited items and conduct: - Illegal content or services - Copyrighted or trademarked material you do not own - Content that violates third-party rights - Phishing, malware, or malicious code - Spam or deceptive listings - Adult content (explicit sexual material) - Weapons, drugs, or regulated goods - Counterfeit goods - Services that violate platform policies Violating these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban.
3. Transactions & Commissions
siteflip.co charges a 1% commission on all successful transactions. The commission is deducted from the sale price. Additional fees apply for Stripe payment processing as per Stripe's standard rates (typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction). Example: A sale of $10,000 - siteflip.co commission: $100 (1%) - Stripe processing fee: ~$290 (2.9% + $0.30) - Seller receives: ~$9,610 All prices are in USD. Sellers are responsible for all applicable taxes in their jurisdiction.
4. No Refund Policy
ONCE A TRANSACTION CLOSES AND PAYMENT IS CONFIRMED, NO REFUND IS AVAILABLE. The transaction is final. If a dispute arises after transaction closure: - Contact the seller directly for resolution - Request mediation through siteflip.co for a fee: - Standard disputes: $10 - Complex disputes (SaaS, technical assets): $20 - Mediation is non-binding arbitration by our team Buyer and seller must work together in good faith. siteflip.co does not guarantee transaction outcomes beyond escrow protection.
5. Escrow & Payment Protection
All payments are processed through Stripe Connect. Payment is held in escrow for 14 days or until the buyer confirms receipt, whichever comes first. Escrow process: 1. Buyer initiates purchase via Stripe Checkout 2. Payment is authorized and held (not transferred to seller) 3. Seller provides asset access/transfer details 4. Buyer confirms receipt in Dashboard → transfer released 5. Seller receives payout within 2-3 business days If buyer does not confirm receipt within 14 days, funds are automatically transferred to seller.
6. Liability Disclaimer
siteflip.co is a marketplace platform. We facilitate transactions but are not responsible for: - Quality or functionality of assets sold - Fraud or misrepresentation by other users - Delayed or failed asset transfers - Loss of data or access credentials - Third-party service interruptions - Disputes between buyer and seller You use the Platform at your own risk. We provide escrow protection but cannot guarantee buyer or seller integrity.
7. User Conduct
Users agree not to: - Engage in fraud or misrepresentation - Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools - Spam, harass, or abuse other users - Post misleading financial information - Circumvent payment or escrow systems - Resell listings without permission - Use fake accounts or identities - Violate intellectual property rights Violation of these rules may result in account termination and legal action.
8. Account Termination
siteflip.co reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you: - Violate these Terms - Engage in fraudulent activity - Repeatedly violate marketplace rules - Pose a security risk to the Platform Account termination is final. No refunds will be issued for pending transactions or credits.
9. GDPR & Data Subject Rights
If you are in the European Union or UK, the following rights apply under GDPR: - Right to access your personal data - Right to rectification (correction) of inaccurate data - Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") - Right to data portability (export your data) - Right to restrict processing - Right to object to processing To exercise these rights, contact us at info@siteflip.co with "GDPR Request" in the subject line. We will respond within 30 days.
